This position begins August 15, 2006. The position requires teaching 2 to 3 classes a semester. One of these courses will be history and systems. Additional courses could include introductory psychology, research methods, behavior modification, social psychology, organizational psychology, psychopathology, or human sexuality. The minimum qualifications for the position are A.B.D. in psychology (Ph.D. for appointment as Assistant Professor), demonstrated potential to teach assigned classes, ability to interact effectively with colleagues and students, and effective oral and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include Ph.D., previous teaching experience, and potential to contribute to the research environment of the department.
