Contingent upon funding, we are seeking a tenure track Assistant Professor with a doctoral degree in Psychology or related field; ABDs will be considered. Field of specialization is open, however, we seek candidates with strong research backgrounds and the ability to teach: 1) graduate courses at the doctoral level in their content area of specialization; 2) undergraduate courses, in such areas as statistics, social, personality, developmental, cognitive, health, and community psychology. The undergraduate program emphasizes cultural psychology, and the PhD program trains clinical/community psychologists with a rural, indigenous emphasis. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in quantitative methods and/or cultural psychology, and who will incorporate multicultural content in their teaching.
