As part of a major expansion, the School of Psychology at the University of Southampton wishes to make a new appointment.
Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Reader (Assistant/Associate Professor) in Social/Personality Psychology. The post holder will complement and strengthen existing research interests (in motivation, relationships, group processes, social cognition) within the Centre for Research on Self and Identity (Director: Professor Constantine Sedikides).
Salary will be in the range of £28,850 - £36,546 per annum (Lecturer post), and £37,643 - £47,335 per annum (Senior Lecturer/Reader post).
The successful applicant will have an established record of high quality research publications and strong teaching credentials. The appointment will be made at a level commensurate with research performance and teaching experience.
