The University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management is accepting applications for up to two faculty positions at the level of assistant professor in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area. These positions will commence on July 1, 2006.

Candidates must have either an outstanding research record or great potential, as well as strong interest and competence in teaching. Terms and conditions of employment will be competitive.

Faculty Position in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources Management

The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto has up to two tenure track positions available at the level of assistant professor in organizational behavior/human resources management at its downtown St. George campus. Successful candidates will be recent Ph.D’s in organizational behavior/human resources management or closely related disciplines, with a strong research orientation and an expectation that the individual will grow into an effective instructor in one or more of our programmes.
