Full time tenure-track faculty position in Social Psychology
The Department of psychology at the University of Montreal (UQAM) invites applications for a tenure-track position in Social Psychology at the Assistant Professor level beginning in January, 2006.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop a strong funded program of research, supervise Ph.D. theses, teach at the undergraduate and graduate level and participate in administrative tasks. Successful applicants must have a PhD in Psychology, and an established publication record in Social Psychology in the fields of either social cognition, attitudes, social judgments or stereotypes.
Given that UQAM is a French speaking University, applicants must be able to speak and write in French. Teaching experience is desirable and teaching must be conducted in French at the undergraduate and graduate level.
