Research Coordinator Position (2-5 Years; Grant-related; possible extension)

Organizational Wellness & Learning Systems is looking for a research coordinator to assist with the management and implementation of two federal DHHS grants. The first will develop, inmplement, and evaluate a web-based, e-health training program for human resource and workplace behavioral health professionals. The second is designed to develop, implement, and evaluate a workplace wellness program for young adults in the restaurant industry. The first phase of the project (Years 1 - 2) will be devoted to developing the intervention and setting up data collection systems. The second phase (Years 3 - 5) involves a cross-site field study where employees will be directly trained by OWLS staff. Job requirements:

PhD; behavioral science background with experience in data analysis (e.g., SAS, SPSS) and data management; strong communication and teamwork background; prefer some training/teaching interest and experience. Willingness to initiate own grants (SBIR) projects and assist on other consulting/evaluation projects. Starting Salary: $40K (full-time with some flexible hours).
