It seeks to attract a culturally and academically diverse faculty of the highest caliber. Ball State is a research intensive university comprised of 7 colleges and over 18,000 students. The Department houses 21 full-time faculty, serves approximately 600 undergraduate majors, and offers master’s degrees in clinical psychology and in cognitive and social processes. Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in psychology; ability to teach courses in the psychology major; commitment to undergraduate teaching. Preferred Qualifications: Completed Ph.D. in psychology; experience teaching undergraduate courses in statistics, research methods, social, personality, or introductory psychology, and/or psychology of women; publications or presentations in refereed professional journals.
