The position is a tenured one at the Department of Psychology, Lund University and includes assignment as Director of the Division of Personality and Social Psychology. Documentation of a high level of scientific and teaching skills is required in order to qualify for the position, which includes research, teaching, supervision of Ph.D. students, academic leadership, development of the curriculum, and administrative and leadership assignments at the Department. To qualify for the position, a candidate should demonstrate the ability to develop and lead research and research projects, together with a high level both of scholarly and of research proficiency as viewed in international terms. Special importance is attached to the supervision of Ph.D. students and the ability to develop and lead research jointly with other researchers.
