The successful applicant will have a demonstrated potential for outstanding scholarly activity and a commitment to teaching excellence and service to the department and university. Preference will be given to candidates who have a PhD by time of appointment and are engaged in applied research. The ability to motivate and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in conducting experimental psychology research is valued. Primary teaching responsibilities will be in experimental methodology and statistics. Teaching may be divided between the Stockton and Turlock campuses of California State University, Stanislaus.
