The Department of Psychology at Rutgers University - Camden is now accepting applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in any area of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Applicants should have a Ph.D. or equivalent, commitment to teaching excellence, and an active research program. Rutgers-Camden is located just across the Delaware River from downtown Philadelphia. In addition to the College of Arts and Sciences, the campus includes a law school and a school of business, which confers both a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA. The University and the Department seek to attract an active, culturally diverse faculty of the highest caliber. Salary is competitive with that of major research institutions.
