The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in industrial/organizational psychology, social psychology, statistics, research methods, and general psychology; maintaining a research program; serving on thesis committees; and being involved in department, university, and community service. Requirements include: PhD (preferred; ABD considered), teaching experience, and an ongoing program of research. The psychology department at WCU includes 13 full-time faculty members and has MA programs in clinical and school psychology; see the departmental web page for further details (www.wcu.edu/ceap/psychology/psyhome.htm).
