We are in the process of recruiting and hiring a full-time psychologist/project manager. This person must have a Ph.D. in quantitative psychology, organizational psychology, research methods, measurement, or behavioral science. A strong background in computer science with specific emphasis on use of software development packages would be desirable. This person must also have a working knowledge of statistical analysis packages, such as SPSS & SAS, and data base management packages, such as Access. Strong interpersonal and writing skills will be important characteristics in the person selected.
BHC is a growing company that does consulting and contract program evaluation projects for governmental agencies and private industry. We are looking for a professional who will be committed to helping our company continue to grow and be successful. Starting salary $40,000 plus. Bonuses and incentive pay will also be considered. Benefit package includes an excellent health insurance program, 401K plan, vacation/sick leave, allowances for conferences, etc.
