Applicants should have: (a) a relevant doctoral degree that includes training and primary expertise in motivation and cognition (b) an active research program in motivation (c) strong potential to attract extramural research funding, and (d) demonstrated excellence in teaching. The appointee will be expected to work collaboratively with the undergraduate teacher education program to teach a required course at the undergraduate level in Learning & Development and graduate level courses in motivation.
