| Experimental Laboratory Manager (RA) | | | | | | | Research Associate/ Research Assistant - Experimental Laboratory Manager As a member of the Mirco-Organisational Behaviour subgroup you will undertake the dual role of managing our experimental lab (approximately 70 per cent) and providing assistance to the KPMG Professor of Management Studies (approximately 30 per cent). The role holder will help run and develop CJBS' experimental laboratory and assist with both experimental and survey research projects conducted by all members of CJBS with interests in experimental research. This will include material and stimulus development, participant recruitment, data collection, data preparation and analysis, and archiving. You will have a Masters or PhD in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or another Social Science using experimental research methods. In addition you should have relevant research experience and a keen interest in management-related experimental and behavioural research. You will have sound organisation, time management and planning skills with the ability to work independently. Strong IT and statistical skills with considerable experience in relevant software such as SPSS are a pre-requisite of this role. For Master's degree holders (appointment at Research Assistant level), the salary will be in the range £24,775 - £28,695; for PhD holders (appointment at Research Associate level), the salary will be in the range £28,695 - £37,394 per annum.
