We are looking to appoint a number of Professors in Psychology to extend the intellectually vibrant and world-class psychology research and teaching within Exeter University. The successful candidates will be leading international figures, already known for developing key fields within Psychology, with the ability to attract world-class academics to the Exeter group. Applicants will be innovative researchers with a strong track record of research funding and internationally excellent publications.

Excellent candidates with an outstanding research profile in any area that will complement and extend our world-class research in Psychology are invited to apply. However we are especially looking to recruit leading researchers who complement our existing strengths in mood disorders research; social, environmental and organisational psychology; and cognitive psychology. We encourage applications from world-class researchers with expertise in developmental psychology; promotion of mental health and well-being; ageing; or applied cognitive neuroscience. One of the posts may also be linked to the University's recently launched strategy for the development of research in the Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences:
