Sharp, MD | Date Posted: | March 27th, 2001 | | | | | | | | As part of an innovative service delivery and research project, the Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for the provision of psycho-social evaluation and intimate partner violence/sexual violence assessment to HIV-infected patients within a primary care setting. Individual will provide crisis intervention, safety planning, advocacy and other services required to meet the individual's immediate IPV-related needs and will arrange for follow-up services. Individual will provide ongoing training for practitioners dealing with IPV/SV. In addition, the person will participate in the research portion of the project, assisting the Program Director as appropriate. Experience in the delivery of intimate partner violence, sexual violence or domestic violence services. Demonstration of cultural competence. Ph.D./Psy.D. or A.B.D. in clinical psychology required.
