College of Business, City University of Hong Kong, a Top 100 Business School in the World (UT-Dallas Ranking of Business Schools, 2011), anticipates hiring a postdoctoral research associate. This would be two-year position, with a start date of January 1, 2012. The associate will conduct research with Professor Dou Wenyu and with other colleagues on a variety of research topics in consumer behavior (e.g., perception, inference making, and consumer choice). The ideal candidate would be a recently earned psychology Ph.D., who may be interested in seeking a faculty position in consumer research and marketing. This position is open to candidates with behavioral research experience, and training in social psychology, cognitive psychology, or judgment and decision-making.

Applications should include a CV, two letters of recommendation, reprints of two published papers, and a cover letter. The cover letter should describe your research interests and expertise, and should point out any connections of your research to consumer studies.
