Required qualifications include a promising program of research that has the potential to contribute effectively to our Ph.D. programs in Health Psychology and in Organizational Science. Possible areas of bridge research include, but are not limited to, occupational health, stress, work-family, and aggression/violence/harassment at work. Other required qualifications: a Ph.D. degree in Psychology or a related field; a potential for distinguished research productivity; interest in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels; and the motivation to foster diversity in teaching and research. Desired qualifications include ability to teach a range of social psychology and quantitative courses; a track record of publications and obtaining external funding for research; ability to contribute to both doctoral programs; and experience teaching courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
