Candidates are required to have a Ph.D. in psychology. The ideal candidate would be an excellent teacher, with a strong research program that would involve undergraduate students. For this position, preference will be given to candidates who evidence a breadth of interests appropriate to a liberal arts undergraduate institution. This position involves a four course per year teaching load, at all levels of the curriculum, and will include: social psychology, introductory psychology, research methods in social psychology, and a seminar in the applicant’s specialty area.
