| Tenure Track/Assistant Professor/Social Psychology | | | | | | | Vassar College Department of Psychology announces the availability of a full-time tenure-track position at the level of assistant professor (Ph.D. required) for an individual with strong academic and scholarly interests in social psychology, beginning August 2010.Vassar College is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and is strongly and actively committed to diversity within its community. This position involves teaching courses at all levels of the curriculum, including research methods in social psychology and intermediate and advanced-level courses on special topics in the field. In addition, we are interested in applicants who are prepared to teach statistics at the undergraduate level. Preference will be given to candidates who evidence a breadth of interests appropriate to a liberal arts undergraduate institution and who show promise both as teachers and as active researchers.
