RANK IS OPEN. The primary criteria for filling the position are demonstrated scholarly excellence and potential for securing extramural funding. Although our goal is to hire the best scholar, irrespective of the exact content of their research programs, we are especially interested in individuals whose primary interests are in the areas of motivation, emotion, personality processes, or self- & group identity.
