The Department of Psychology at Indiana University-Bloomington seeks applicants for at least one faculty position in the area of social psychology starting August, 2001. We are considering applicants at all ranks. Applicants with research interests in the areas of group processes, attitudes, or affect are especially encouraged to apply, though applicants with interests in any area of social psychology will be considered. Candidates should provide evidence of excellence in research and be strongly committed to teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Applicants should submit a copy of their vitae, reprints or preprints of relevant articles and arrange to have three letters of reference sent to: Professor Joseph E. Steinmetz, Chair, Department of Psychology, Indiana University, 1101 E. 10th Street, Bloomington, Indiana 47405-7007. We will begin considering application on November 15, 2000.
