The Psychology Department at Whitman College invites applicants for a one-semester Visiting Assistant Professor position for the fall semester of 2008. Specialty area is open. The successful candidate will teach three undergraduate courses. Ph.D. or international equivalent required, although ABD candidates will be considered. In this search, the college wishes to reinforce its commitment to enhance diversity, broadly defined, recognizing that to provide a diverse learning environment is to prepare students for personal and professional success in an increasingly multicultural and global society.
