Please feel free to contact Janice Kelly (kelly@psych.purdue.edu) or Eliot Smith (esmith@psych.purdue.edu) for further information about this position. ********** SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGIST: The Women's Studies Program and the Department of Psychological Sciences at Purdue University are seeking candidates for a tenure-track joint appointment in Social Psychology at the Assistant Professor level, beginning August 2001. The appointment will be at 50% in Psychological Sciences (tenure home) and 50% in Women's Studies. Responsibilities in Women's Studies and Psychological Sciences: maintain a productive research program, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, direct graduate-student research, and fulfill faculty service responsibilities. Qualifications: Ph.D. in hand by August 15, 2001, exemplary record of research and publication with potential to obtain external research funding, demonstrated teaching excellence, and evidence of commitment to women's studies. Experience and interests that would contribute to the diversity of our programs are particularly welcome.
