Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto has one tenure-track position available at the assistant professor level in the area of Organizational Behavior-Human Resources Management at its downtown St. George campus. Successful candidates will be recent PhD’s in Organizational Behavior-Human Resources Management or closely related disciplines, with a strong research orientation and an expectation that the individual will grow into an effective instructor in one or more of our programs. The Rotman School of Management is supportive of serious scholarship and committed to the professional development of its faculty. The School’s physical facilities are excellent, and opportunities for interdisciplinary research are outstanding. The School offers a broad range of undergraduate, MBA (full-time, part-time and executive), Ph.D., and executive development programs.
