Applications are invited from qualified individuals with strong research and teaching interests in the management of people in organizational settings for a tenure-track position for the 2001-2002 academic year (Starting September 1, 2001). The level (tenure-track, tenure) is open. Qualified female and minority candidates are particularly invited to apply. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in psychology or a related discipline. Applicants should demonstrate strong research skills and an understanding of and appreciation for a quality academic program at the M.B.A. and Ph.D. levels. Salaries are competitive.
