The lab manager will work with behavioral research faculty and graduate students from several departments within the Ross School of Business to conduct a diverse set of research studies. The research being conducted spans many topics, including consumer behavior, organizational behavior, group dynamics, behavioral economics, creativity, emotion, strategy, power, motivation, teamwork, leadership, etc. The lab manager will also oversee the daily research being conducted in the lab, such as scheduling and supervising the running of online or in-lab studies, working with and directing research assistants, and coordinating weekly lab meetings and administrative tasks of the laboratory.
