"Love is the absence of judgement." –The Dalai Lama

Dr. Tawni Stoop is a Therapist in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2018. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Wesleyan University, an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. She completed her predoctoral internship at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Dr. Stoop approaches therapy from the understanding that all behaviors and emotions serve a purpose. When we understand that purpose and how those behaviors and emotions interact with each other and those around us, we can begin to understand how to approach change. Dr. Stoop aims to allow clients space and acceptance of all emotions while working towards learning to cope with, manage, and sometimes change what is unhelpful or harmful in these dynamics.

Outside of work, Dr. Stoop loves spending time with her dog and husband, Scooby and John (John is the husband). She also enjoys spending time hiking or improving her baking skills. She is currently learning to play the guitar, too!
