The Jepson School of Leadership Studies (University of Richmond) and its interdisciplinary social science and humanities faculty seek a visiting professor in social or industrial/organizational psychology for the spring semester, 2005. The candidate should have expertise in the research and literature on group behavior and be able to teach courses in group dynamics. There is a possibility for an extension of the visiting position through the 2005-2006 academic year.

The University of Richmond is a small, highly selective, well endowed, private institution, with a rising national and international profile. Inaugurated in 1992, the Jepson School of Leadership Studies is an independent academic unit of the University and offers students the opportunity to major or minor in leadership studies.
