Currently, Kantar Health is looking for a qualified Master’s or PhD program graduate to join our Health Outcomes Practice in the PA/NJ/NY area. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the design, analysis, and publication of health survey studies and provide research consultation to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

-- Lead the design and execution of health outcomes studies with clients, including writing research proposals, questionnaire design, statistical analysis plan (SAP) development, data analysis, report writing, and poster and manuscript development
-- Work closely and collaboratively with other internal departments and functions including Client Consulting teams and Operations, to provide research guidance and support for relevant engagements
-- Attend and present at professional conferences
-- Be available for a limited amount of travel in support of all of the above responsibilities (~10%)

Experiences:

-- Must have independent research experience and a publication history (peer-reviewed manuscripts strongly preferred)
-- Health-related research experience or experience in a consulting capacity is highly desirable

Competencies:

-- Advanced ability to analyze data using SAS, SPSS, Stata, Mplus, and/or R
-- Strong quantitative background including knowledge of multivariate modeling techniques
-- Excellent oral and written communication skills
-- Superior ability to describe complex scientific data and results to a non-technical audience
-- Strong interest in learning new methodological approaches and new statistical analyses
-- Ability to work well in a collaborative research environment, as well as the ability to work independently with limited supervision
-- Ability to multitask several projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
-- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word
-- Familiarity with SQL is desirable but not required
