Our PDI Shanghai office now has several openings for Senior Consultant and Consultant roles while the PDI Hong Kong office has an opening for a Senior Consultant. PDI provides you opportunities for challenge, development, collaboration, and autonomy as you work with clients from leading MNCs and large local companies. Here you can work with a smart and talented team of professionals. These roles involve a balance of delivery, client management and business development responsibilities. The focus of the work includes service offerings around competency modeling, assessment, training, and coaching managers and executives.

In particular, we are looking for people with:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., I/O Psychology, organizational development, HRM)
• Strong knowledge, skills and experience in delivering related services including assessment solutions, coaching, strategic performance modeling and management training
• At least two to five years of related experience
• Strong interest and ability to develop business and manage client relationships
• Creativity and motivation to drive continuous improvement
• Ability to work effectively with people from multiple locations and cultures
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Flexibility, high energy and high self initiative
• Strong bias towards action and is result oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally Mandarin (for Shanghai consultants, fluent Mandarin is a must )

* For the post of Senior Consultant, an ideal candidate should have experience in designing integrated talent management systems and have at least five to seven years of related experience.

* The role may require travel to support other offices in other parts of Asia
