Qualified candidates will possess:
* Masters Degree and 18 credit hours in the academic subject area.
* Documented expertise in academic subject area and expertise in interpersonal and oral presentation/written communication skills, as demonstrated by diplomas, degrees, transcripts, certification, CVs/Resumes, and in a personal interview.
