University of Cambridge Faculty of Human, Social, and Political Science Department of Social Sciences Social and Developmental Psychology has a fixed-term University Lectureship in Social Psychology (to 30th September 2016).

Annual salary scale: £36,862-£46,696 (Due to funding limitations the initial salary range will be £36,862-£40,280)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for appointment to a four-year Lectureship in Social Psychology from 1st August 2012, or as soon as possible thereafter. Psychology at the University of Cambridge is at the early stages of an exciting transformation through the merger of the Departments of Experimental Psychology and Social and Developmental Psychology to create a Department of Psychology housed in the School of Biological Sciences. As part of that transformation, the Department wishes to appoint a research-active social-personality psychologist with expertise in any area of social-personality psychology willing to teach central aspects of social psychology, research methods/data analysis, and her/his areas of expertise at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
