We also encourage young scientists to submit their poster for the SSM Young Scientist Poster Award. The winner will get a prominent place in the poster session and receive an official certificate and a free three-year SSM membership for the coming years! Check the SSM Young Scientist Poster Award 2015 document on our web page for more information on eligibility and procedure and also for tips to prepare an effective poster!

As always, the Society for the Study of Motivation (SSM) conference will take place in conjunction with APS on Thursday May 21, 2015 in New York City. The conference will feature a keynote address by Ayelet Fishbach, the Jeffrey Breakenridge Keller Professor of Behavioral Science and Marketing at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. The conference will also feature a presidential address by Arie Kruglanski, Distinguished University Professor at the University of Maryland.
