Required Degree : A PhD in psychology or a related field by the appointment date.

Experience: The Brigham Young University (BYU) Psychology Department invites applicants of any academic rank to fill a full-time (continuing faculty status) professorial-track position in the Department of Psychology to begin Fall Semester 2025.

We specifically seek applicants in Social or Social/Health Psychology for this hiring cycle.

Duties/Expectations: Well-qualified candidates will demonstrate strong teaching and research skills, a well-defined research agenda, and an established record of peer-reviewed publications and scholarly productivity that includes student mentoring. Successful candidates will also show commitment to excellence in mentoring, including the ability to teach upper- and lower-level undergraduate and graduate classes. They will also be prepared to engage in citizenship responsibilities in the department, college, and university.
