The Behavioral Laboratory seeks two (2) Social Science Research Coordinators (RC). It is a one-year term position with the possibility of a renewal for a second year. The RC will provide research assistance to faculty by conducting human subjects research in the laboratory (in-person subjects) and in online surveys. This is a perfect position for those looking towards graduate school in organizational behavior, marketing, social psychology, and related fields.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the process of human subjects research and learn more deeply how it is conducted. Working under the direction and supervision of the Lab Director and/or faculty researcher, the Research Coordinator (RC) provides direct research support to the organizational behavior and behavioral marketing faculty and PhD students at the GSB Behavioral Lab. You will be in a position to learn how online, and laboratory experimentation and research is conducted by carrying out that research for faculty. You will spend the majority of your time prepping, troubleshooting, and posting online surveys, and carrying out in-person in-lab experiments.

This is a 100% on-site job that requires work with in-person subjects. Remote work is not available for this role.
