STARTING DATE: Fall 2021

DEADLINE: Screening of applications begins early February and continues until position is filled.

QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. in Psychology (completed by September 1, 2021), prior successful college-level teaching experience in psychology, promise of continued scholarly activity, and the ability to engage undergraduates in research and practice activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary teaching responsibilities will be teaching seven courses (3-3-1) in the academic year including Introduction to Psychology; Research Methods sequence; Social Psychology; Theories of Personality; Health Psychology; Advanced Topics in psychology; courses in the general education curriculum, and in the area of specialization. The successful candidate will also mentor student research projects, advise program majors and minors, and engage in scholarship and service appropriate to the liberal arts setting.

SALARY: Competitive

CONTRACT: Nine-month, contract; tenure track
