The Department of Psychology at Florida Atlantic University invites applications from outstanding candidates for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level in Social/Personality Psychology to begin August 2020. The successful candidate will be expected to have a Ph.D. in Psychology or a related area, with a strong research program in any area of Social/Personality Psychology. We are particularly interested in applicants prepared to contribute to the advanced quantitative training in our graduate program. The ideal candidate will have postdoctoral experience, a strong indication of ability to obtain external funding, and an interest in pursuing collaborations with faculty and students in the department. The Social/Personality Psychology area offers graduate training in a highly collaborative environment, with strengths in dynamical and computational approaches to the study of social processes and relationships.
