This highly selective interdisciplinary postdoctoral fellowship offers talented early-career scientists an extraordinary level of freedom and autonomy, a competitive salary, discretionary research and travel funds, professional development, and an opportunity to collaborate with some of the leading minds in science.Research is collaborative and spans the physical, natural, and social sciences. Most research is theoretical (SFI does not have lab facilities) and/or computational in nature, although some research includes an empirical component.
