Associate Professor or Professor, Social Psychology

Applications are being accepted for a position at the level of Associate Professor or Professor (tenured) in Social Psychology at the University of Waterloo. The successful candidate must have a PhD in Social Psychology or a related field and a demonstrated record of published research. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain an active research and teaching program and to supervise both graduate and undergraduate students. The anticipated start date for the position is July 1, 2015. We will begin reviewing applications on October 31, 2014 and will continue until the position is filled. Applicants should electronically submit a curriculum vitae, a statement of research and teaching interests, reprints or preprints of recent papers, and the names and contact information for three referees (including their email addresses) to: socposition@psychology.uwaterloo.ca
The salary range for this position is the floor for the Associate Professor rank ($93,737 in 2014) to $160,000; negotiations beyond this range will be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
