Postdoctoral Fellow

The Multicultural Identity and Processes Lab (Lead-PI: Prof. Ying-yi Hong) seeks motivated postdoctoral fellows interested in employing social psychological, behavioral methods and computational approaches to study basic and applied aspects of human cognition:

Of particular interest are:

· The impact of culture and cultural exposure to human cognition
· Decision making, learning and cognitive flexibility
· Social behavior (trust, cooperation and competition etc.)
· Applied aspects such as the biology of leadership, business ethics, and creativity

Facilities: Our lab has easy access to state-of-the-art facilities for behavioral testing, including numerous soundproofed testing rooms, rooms for experimental (group) games, eye-trackers, video recording facilities and equipment for physiological measures and EEG.

The Nanyang Business School is the leading Business School in Singapore and consistently receives high rankings in global lists (http://www.nbs.ntu.edu.sg/Pages/Home.aspx).

We offer a competitive package, access to excellent research facilities and an inter-disciplinary research program. The post is for one year with a possibility of extension (depending on funding).
