A postdoctoral position at the University at Buffalo, SUNY, in the laboratory of Dr. Kenneth DeMarree is available for a scholar with a Ph.D. in psychology or related disciplines. The position is for one year with the possibility for renewal, and involves designing and conducting studies on metacognition, the self, and persuasion. The Postdoctoral Associate will run research studies, analyze data, and prepare publications, as well as oversee day-to-day lab operations. Ideal candidates would have expertise and conduct research in social and/or personality psychology. Experience with research design and statistics is required. Individuals with a Ph.D. in psychology, or those expecting to complete their Ph.D. in psychology in 2013, are encouraged to apply.
