The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing

I am a trustworthy, result oriented and target oriented leader and player who is capable of pulling colleagues, teams and business in the desired direction. If I do not obtain the desired results, my Plan B is that I will obtain them anyway.

I am authentic and therefore I do what I say. The business, its strategy and visions are my job, and my light is burning to motivate and engage people to perform based on the potential they truly have.

I take responsibility for my actions, choose to see possibilities and perspectives. Thus I do not let existing beliefs hinder myself nor others to find new ways or create new winning beliefs.

Description

I am passionate about overseeing the overall picture, taking responsibility, and transforming requirements and competence into advantageous customer and business solutions. Working directly with people has been the core of my career thus far and I have the cool head and firm determination to navigate safely in complex situations. I pay close attention to details, adapt quickly, and offer reliable problem solving. Some of the strengths that I have acquired from working in a global and multicultural IT environment include addressing customer needs promptly, adhering to all requirements concerning legal and safety matters, and overseeing complex projects as well as retaining a strategic mindset. It is an important part of my identity to gain and share knowledge, seize opportunities, think ahead, and obtain the best collaboration and results.
