Support professionals to find purpose and balance after retirement
After rewarding years in physics, software engineering, and team management in high-tech enterprises I finally realized a fundamental thing. The success and well-being of people and organizations depends even more on the human factor than on technical issues. So I returned to the university to learn more about social psychology and coaching. Now I'm active in my 3rd career as a business coach and online trainer. I'm passionate about supporting experienced, ambitious and busy leaders and professionals to develop their life projects of purpose and balance for the time after the retirement.
To contribute my grain of sand to peace and fairness in the world I regularly volunteer in international OSCE election observation missions, recently in Turkey.
