Resilience pervades all nature and humanity

I have a PhD in Social Education on holistic resilience. For the last ten years I have collaborated with the Canary Islands Local Government (Spain) in delivering Social Psychology and resilience training courses for teachers, public servants, social workers and local police. For the last three years I have held a post as lecturer at The School of Nursery of the University of La Laguna (Tenerife) delivering tuition and directing students on their final degree projects on the topic of resilience in Nursing. I belong to the ULL Chair of Resilient Cities and act as a chairwoman of a local organization devoted to the promotion of holistic resilience.

    She was the first professor to introduce and reseach on resilience in Spanish Universities.. I had the pleasurre to have her as my Ph. D. Director conducting the first PH.D. research on resilience of Spain.
  • He wrote "holism and evolution" in 1916. Father of holism as a discipline.
  • One of the best researches on the topic on resilience. Sheproposed the use of "resilience factors" instead of "protection factors" underlining the importance of resilience promotion instead of resilience prevention.
