Dr. Eric Berne, Founder of Transactional Analysis has given us plenty of concepts to use and grow individually and as a system. The core of the person could be reached through Transactional Analysis concepts. From being understanding myself labelled as "This" or "that" sort of person, I could realize the options / choice for my life. The capacity to grow individually and through this knowledge and experience, guide the other to empower and to experience their "real" self was an immense learning.
