What you describe in your description are really mental health problems and not psychosis. Psychosis is really a more specific and severe problem relating to a loss of contact with reality and may include symptoms such as hallucinations and/or delusions. I think including anxiety and depression is pushing the definition a little beyond its original meaning, having said that more discussion on the subject of mental health in the western world is definitely a good thing and i would be glad to read your book!

Connor.
