 Self-enhancement
Posted by Jorge Monroy

Hello,

I was wondering if anybody had some understanding as to the processes involved in self-enhancement. I'm interested in any types of manipulations that would lower self-enhancement strivings in western populations (e.g., individuals who's groups typically display self-enhancement). I've read a couple of papers on accountability, but I was wondering if there were other things to lower self-enhancement strivings.
