Grad School - I need guidance
Posted by adina

I'm going to be graduating with a BA in Sociology from Brooklyn College. It's become so dry to me though, and I want to be a part of something meaningful. I was considering social work but once I found out about this branch of social science I really wanted to be a part of it too. Any ideas that anyone can throw at me will be helpful.

I've explored options and have done research but I'm not sure where to go and it's a big commitment. Most degrees for Social Psychology go straight to Ph.D. I don't want to go for something unless I'm all in; once I'm focused on something I particularly want, I'm very determined. The professors and funding are most important.

Thanks for hearing me out,
A.
