Hi~

Definitely need to do more psych if you are going into research. Personally, I don't think you need a specific psych course or postgrad certification, though organisational focus appears to be your interest. And, as said, you want to go into research, so stats and research methods is a must.

Policy analysis requires development of critical thinking, positivist, empirical, and systems thinking. Your background in Anthropology will be a boon methinks, in revealing what is taken as a given. This is where the gaps in policy are likly to be, the "common sense" "that's how we've always done it" territory.
